Good work is celebrated throughout school during Friday assemblies. Teachers are asked to select children who have worked particularly hard that week to sit at the front of the assembly and talk about their learning with the rest of the school. They receive a certificate for their good work which outlines why they have been chosen that week. Parents are invited along to the assembly to watch their child receive this award.

During the Honours assembly on Fridays, children are praised for their positive attitudes and behaviour. Two children from each class are selected by the class teacher to be on the 'Honours List' - this is displayed in the school's entrance hall and below on our website. A child can be selected to be on this list for displaying school values, helping others, displaying positive behaviour etc.
