We are looking for a dedicated and creative Key Stage 2 teacher to join our friendly team from September.
The successful candidate will be a consistently good or outstanding practitioner with high expectations for children's achievement, who can help us continue to move our school forward following a recent successful Ofsted inspection. They will support our children in their learning to develop the key skills of independence, creativity and perseverance.
We develop all aspects of our school through team working and the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to make a full contribution to our key stage, curriculum and staff teams. We have developed strong links with our local community and work very closely with the other schools in our collaboration, the Samphire Learning Hub. We are looking for someone who can support us in developing these important links.
In return we will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop their career. We support our teachers to build on their skills by learning from colleagues' good practice, and the continuing professional development of our staff is a priority. Our children are extremely enthusiastic in their learning, with very supportive parents.
We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers.
Visits to the school are welcome and strongly encouraged. Please contact Mrs Goldsack on 01303 251353 to arrange a visit.

Information about the school
We are a 4-11 single form entry Primary School. We currently have 205 pupils on roll.
Capel-le-Ferne Primary School serves the villages of Capel-le-Ferne, Hougham and Alkham. Our school nestles on the White Cliffs of Dover and is a wonderful place to teach. We were graded as a good school by Ofsted in February 2017. At Capel we are fortunate to work for children who are extremely well behaved, happy and enthusiastic in their learning. We have a dynamic and supportive teaching team, who display a strong commitment to innovation and excellence. We have extended the school with a library, and have spacious, picturesque grounds, which we are in the process of developing further to enhance learning.
